Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Pantry Bridge may collect information you provide when creating and using your account, including your name, email address, profile and household information, household member details, meal schedules and responsibilities, food and dietary preferences, foods you choose to avoid, cooking appliances, pantry inventory, grocery information, meal-planning activity, goals and preferences you provide to personalize the service, subscription status, marketing-email preferences, referral and campaign information such as UTM parameters, referral source and landing page when available, and information you submit through customer support.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Pantry Bridge does not store your full credit or debit card number. Stripe may collect and process payment information under its own privacy practices.
How we use information
We use your information to operate Pantry Bridge, authenticate your account, create meal plans, generate grocery lists, track pantry inventory, save your preferences, personalize your experience, maintain subscriptions, provide customer support, protect the service, improve reliability, understand how people find Pantry Bridge, measure marketing performance, and send marketing communications when you choose to receive them.
Service providers
Pantry Bridge uses service providers to operate the application. These currently include Supabase for account authentication and application data, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and Vercel for application hosting and delivery. These providers may process information necessary to perform their services.
Browser storage and technical information
Pantry Bridge and its service providers may use browser storage, cookies, session tokens, IP addresses, request information, and similar technologies when necessary for authentication, security, preferences, payments, first-touch acquisition attribution, and operation of the service.
Selling personal information
Pantry Bridge does not currently sell personal information or use personal information to serve targeted third-party advertising.
Data retention and security
We retain account and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and protect Pantry Bridge and its users. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Pantry Bridge accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults. Pantry Bridge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request children under 13 to create accounts or provide information directly to us. An adult account holder may provide information about household members, including children, when using household, meal-planning, nutrition, or personalization features. That information is used to provide those features and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask questions about your account information or request assistance with account data. Marketing communications are optional. If you choose to receive them, you may opt out using any unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages or by contacting us. Certain information may need to be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Pantry Bridge changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or by providing additional notice when appropriate.
