Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

Pantry Bridge

These Terms govern your use of Pantry Bridge, a web application for meal planning, recipe organization, pantry inventory management, grocery-list generation, and related food-planning tools.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create and manage a Pantry Bridge account. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for providing accurate account information.

Beta access, trials, and subscriptions

Pantry Bridge may provide beta, promotional, trial, or other limited access without requiring a paid subscription. Access terms may differ depending on the program or offer available when you join.

When Pantry Bridge offers a paid subscription or free trial, the price, billing interval, trial length, eligibility requirements, and promotional terms shown before checkout are the terms that apply to that purchase.

Founding Beta or other promotional pricing may be limited by availability and eligibility. Promotional pricing may remain tied to a continuously active subscription and may not be available again after cancellation.

If a trial converts automatically to a paid subscription, Pantry Bridge will disclose the applicable price and renewal terms before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew at the disclosed billing interval until canceled.

Cancellation

Paid subscriptions may be canceled through Pantry Bridge's Manage Subscription feature or the available billing portal. If you are using a trial that converts to paid service, cancel before the trial-end date shown for your account to avoid the first subscription charge.

Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewal according to the cancellation or access-end date shown in the billing portal. Beta or promotional access that does not include a paid subscription may end according to the terms of that program.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, charges that have already been processed are not automatically refundable. Contact us if you believe a billing error occurred.

Food, allergy, and health information

Pantry Bridge is a meal-planning and organizational tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or individualized advice from a physician or registered dietitian.

Pantry Bridge may help organize food preferences, dietary restrictions, or foods to avoid, but it cannot guarantee that recipes, substitutions, ingredient information, or recommendations are free from allergens or other ingredients you wish to avoid.

You are responsible for checking ingredients, package labels, allergens, cross-contamination risks, food safety, and whether a recipe or substitution is appropriate for you or members of your household.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Pantry Bridge, interfere with or disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security or usage limits, use automated means to scrape or extract data without permission, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by applicable law, use the service unlawfully, or use it in a way that harms Pantry Bridge or other users.

Service availability

We work to keep Pantry Bridge available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or contain errors. Features may be modified as the product develops.

Disclaimer

Pantry Bridge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that meal, grocery, pantry, nutrition, recipe, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or current. You remain responsible for decisions made using information displayed by the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pantry Bridge and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Pantry Bridge for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Pantry Bridge during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

Pantry Bridge may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
